Description
DanPHPSupport is a PHP-based support ticket system. It is designed to be easy to use, yet provide all the good features to make the average user happy. It has a support ticket system, as well as a Knowledgebase (where you can enter common questions into a searchable database). It also includes support for canned responses, multiple ticket categories, definable severities, user management, unlimited administrators, and more! There's also a BBCode editor for formatting posts, and a rich text area for editing Knowledgebase articles! Most of the current free support ticket software is bad quality with problems such as limited features and major security holes. DanPHPSupport will eventually change all this
